David Lynn “Toby” Harvey, 55, of Columbia, KY died Thursday, May 14, 2026 at TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. He was born January 22, 1971 in Adair County, a son of the late Charles Walton Harvey and Wilma Jean Harmon Keith.
