Steven Ray Pierce, 75, of Russell Springs, KY passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at Russell County Hospital. He was born on October 29, 1950 in Columbia, KY, a son of the late Hollis Ray and Hazel Lea Richards Pierce.
 

Steven was a former autobody repairman and truck driver throughout his life. He attended Lord’s Harvest Church. Steven loved old cars and attending car shows, where he would often be found talking to everyone and telling stories. Above all, Steven’s family and friends were his life. He will be deeply missed by all that knew him.

3 grandchildren: Hannah Renee (and Jared) Harell, Austin Anderson, and Emma Grace (and Gannon) Sims, all of Russell Springs

2 great-grandchildren: Tinsley Jo Harell and Aspyn Ann Sims

1 sister: Vickie (and Ted) Cain of Russell Springs

In addition to his parents, Steven was preceded in death by his brothers, Terry Pierce and Ken Pierce. 

Funeral Service: Sunday, August 9, 2026 at 4:00pmCT at Bernard Funeral Home, with his son, Bro. Leonard Pierce, Donnie Brockman, and Michael Pierce officiating

Burial: Grider Cemetery

Visitation: After 12:00 P.M. on Sunday at the funeral home

Pallbearers: Michael Pierce, Chris Pierce, Ted Cain, Donnie Cooper, Wesley Pierce, Timmy Antle, Marty Kazsuk, and Eric Kazsuk
