Roberta Rice Crouch, 85, of Columbia, KY died Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at the Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset, KY. She was born October 8, 1940 in Adair County to the late E.C. and Pernie Cox Rice. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Crouch; one son, Allen Scott “Shag” Crouch; one daughter, Diana Lynn Perkins; two brothers: Robert Lee Rice and Joe Rice; and two sisters: Josephine Hubbard and Margaret Dunn.

She was a member of Plum Point Baptist Church, worked at Osh Kosh B’Gosh for several years and worked in the kitchen at Summit Manor Nursing Home until retirement.

SURVIVORS:

2 sons: Jeff Crouch (Kelly) and Doug Crouch of Columbia

1 brother: Wyman Rice (Kay) of Lexington

1 granddaughter: Terra Crouch Orvin (Jered) of Ogden, Utah

Special friend: Lisa Carman of Columbia

Funeral Service: Sunday, July 12, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Willis officiating

Burial: Mt. Carmel Cemetery

Visitation: After 11:00 A.M. Sunday
