Sandra Lee Janes, 75, of Columbia, KY passed away on Thursday, September 3, 2026 at her residence. She was born on February 6, 1951 in Adair County, KY to the late Chester and Alta Bault Robertson.

Sandra will be remembered for the love she shared with those around her and for the joy she found in spending time with her family and friends. Her life was also marked by her faith as a member of Word of Life Church, a connection that was an important part of who she was.

1 son: Doug Janes (Monica) of Columbia, KY

1 grandson: Cody Janes (fiancée Abby James)

1 brother: Chester Eugene Robertson (Sandra)

Niece & nephew: Jenni Mulrooney (Mike) and Jason Robertson

Each of them, along with others whose lives she touched through family, friendship, and faith, carry forward treasured memories of her presence, her care, and the time they shared with her.

Graveside Service: 1:00pmCT on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at the Mt. Carmel Cemetery

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations go towards Gideon Bibles.
