Thomas Casey, 47, of Glens Fork, KY died Saturday, May 2, 2026 at his home. He was born December 13, 1978 in Louisville, KY to the late Thomas and Carla Benningfield Casey.

Thomas was Manager of Kentucky Fried Chicken in Russell Springs.
