Robert Paul Bell, 59, of Russell Springs, KY passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at his home. He was born on August 15, 1966 in Columbia, KY, a son of the late Ernest R. and Patty Harvey Bell.
 

Robert was a former electrician and plumber.

1 grandson: Andrew Barnett of Arlington, Texas
