Doyle R. Popplewell, 79, of Jamestown, KY passed away Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at Russell County Hospital. He was born in Russell Springs, KY on April 14, 1946, a son of the late Dorothy (Smith) and Otto Vernon Popplewell.
Mr. Popplewell served in the U.S. Air Force, was a retired mail carrier, and enjoyed classic country and gospel music.
