Mark William Burton, 53, of Russell Springs, KY passed away on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. He was born in Somerset, KY on September 15, 1972, a son of the late Linnie K. Daniel Gadberry and William Burton.
 

Mark was a factory worker and a member of several local music bands. He enjoyed shooting pool.

1 son: Logan (and Sierra) Burton of Russell Springs

1 granddaughter: Emma Burton

2 brothers: Thomas Burton and James Burton, both of Russell Springs

2 sisters: Wilda Burton Snider of Casey County and Debbie Burton Winnington of Jamestown, Tennessee

A host of cousins, nieces & nephews

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister and brother-in-law, Sue and Butch Crawford. 

Cremation rites were honored by Bernard Funeral Home. 

The family will host a private Celebration of Life at a later date.
