Martha Raye Foster, 82, of Milltown, KY died Friday, February 20, 2026 at Summit Manor Nursing Home. She was born June 30, 1943 in Russell County to the late Hollan and Emma Foley Staton. 
 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Ray Foster; two brothers: Gary Stanton and Larry Stanton; and two sisters: Claudette McGowan and Nancy Foster.

SURVIVORS:

3 daughters: Lisa Garrett of Portland, Tennessee, Sherry Hancock of Milltown and Sandy Smith (Jerry) of Milltown

5 grandchildren: Timothy Bottoms (Ashley), Samantha Byrd, Tiffany Foley (Matt), Dariann Updike (John), Travis Bottoms (Katilyn)

10 great-grandchildren

Burial: Freedom Cemetery

Visitation: After 4:00 P.M. Sunday

Casket Bearers: Timothy Bottoms, Travis Bottoms, Jason Byrd, Isaiah Foley, Jordan Foley, and Daniel Foley
