Richard Lawrence Marshall, 79, of Columbia, KY, son of the late Joseph and Laurene Thorstein Marshall, was born on December 22, 1946 in Grand Haven, Michigan. He departed this life on Monday, February 2, 2026 at TJ Health Columbia. 

He was a United States Army veteran, having served our Country honorably in the Vietnam War. Mr. Marshall was a truck driver, farmer and member of the DAV. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and trapping.

7 stepchildren, several step-grandchildren & many great-grandchildren

A host of other relatives & friends

Richard was preceded in death by one stepson and one step-grandchild.

A private visitation and funeral service will be conducted at Gupton-Landrum Funeral Home in Greensburg, KY with Bro. Kenny Craig officiating.

Burial: Marshall Family Farm with full military honors
