Rastie O'neil Andrew, 73, of Jamestown, KY passed away Monday, December 15th, 2025 at Russell County Hospital in Russell Springs. He was born in Jamestown, KY on January 15, 1952, a son of the late Bessie (Coffey) and Francis Scott Andrew.

Rastie was a lifetime member of Rockhouse Christian Church. He worked as a Social Worker

2 sons: Adam Andrew (Jessica) of Jamestown, KY and Shawn Andrew (Tammy) of London, KY
1 sister: Rosetta Shepherd of Russell Springs, KY
1 brother: Richie Andrew of Russell Springs, KY
3 grandchildren & 6 great-grandchildren

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Raven Andrew, and four sisters: Rejina Reeder, Rella Centers, Rena Harris and Reba Davis.
