Pamela Lynn Maddox, 53, affectionately known as "PJ," was born on July 4, 1972 and passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 23, 2025 in Russell Springs, KY.

She was a kind-hearted and fun-loving mother and wife who treasured her family above all else. PJ was known for her loving spirit and warm personality. She was a devoted fan of NASCAR and especially loved Jeff Gordon. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her family, a legacy that will be cherished by all who knew her.

2 stepsons: Josh Warriner & wife Tasha, and Eric Warriner

10 grandchildren: Isaiah Covington, Annabella McNichols, Alexis Short, AJ Short, Aliyah Short, Addison Short, Mariah Warriner, Amanda Warriner, Zoey Warriner, and Caleb Warriner

2 nieces: Chelsea Galloway and Steffany Galloway

She was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Russell and a sister, Pacia Hood.

Care and cremation were chosen per her wishes.

A memorial service will be held at a later date to celebrate PJ's life. The family will share details as soon as they are available.
