Theresa Monique Loy-Bagby, 42, of Columbia, KY passed away Friday, August 8, 2025 at her residence. She was born on July 6, 1983 in Burkesville, KY.
Theresa was of the Christian faith and an employee at Walmart. She enjoyed genealogy, reading and spending time with her family and friends.

Funeral Service: Friday, August 15, 2025 at 11:00amCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with Bro. Willard Parson officiating
Burial: Antioch Cemetery
Visitation: Thursday, August 14, 2025 from 4:00pm-8:00pmCT and Friday morning until time for the service
In lieu of flowers the family request for donations to be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
