Patricia Jo Hammond, 75, of Columbia, KY passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at T.J. Health Columbia. She was born on January 9, 1950 in San Diego, CA to the late Albert and Geraldine Sanders Williams.

Patricia enjoyed cooking, doing crafts, and spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.

SURVIVORS:

2 children: Tiffany Cheatham (Bryan) and Jody Hammond (Donna) both of Columbia, KY

4 grandchildren: Jasmine Hammond Humphress (Adam), Shelbi Cheatham Fisher (Kaleb), Ty Cheatham, and Ellie Cheatham

4 great-grandchildren: Easton Humphress, Luke Fisher, Jace Fisher, and Drew Fisher

2 siblings: Debra Janes (Dennis) of Greensburg, KY and Albert “Tiger” Williams of New Albany, IN

Her beloved dog: “Ivy”

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by the father of her children, Ray Hammond, Jr.

Funeral Service: Sunday, August 3, 2025, at 3:30pmCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with Bro. Logan Wilkerson officiating

Burial: Haven Hill Cemetery

Visitation: Saturday from 4:00pm-8:00pmCT and Sunday morning until time for the service 

Pallbearers: Bryan Cheatham, Ty Cheatham, Kaleb Fisher, Adam Humphress, Luke Polley, and Carson Jessie
