Bobby Lynn Kimbler, 67, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Monday, June 30, 2025 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington. He was born on September 15, 1957 in Columbia, KY, a son of the late Orlie and Mary Bunch Kimbler. 
 

Bobby was master plumber and owner of Kimbler’s Plumbing, LLC. He considered himself a life-long learner and was always up for a challenge that he faced. Bobby had a wonderful sense of humor and was a great storyteller. He enjoyed drag racing and spending time reading his bible. Bobby dearly loved his family and will be missed by all who knew him.

2 sons: Steven Kimbler of Lexington and Robert “Robbie” (Lucenda) Kimbler of Summersville

Special daughter: Jenny Burton of Bowling Green

1 brother: Joe (Leah) Kimbler of Columbia

3 grandchildren

Funeral Service: Thursday, July 3, 2025 at 10:00amCT at Bernard Funeral Home with Bro. Delvin Wilson and Bro. Kenny Kimbler officiating

Burial: Russell Springs City Cemetery

Visitation: Wednesday from 5:00pm-8:00pmCT and Thursday morning after 7:30amCT at the funeral home 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Bobby’s memory to the American Cancer Society or Gideon’s International. These can be left at the funeral home.
