Claudia Renia Moore Froedge, 56, of Columbia, KY passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington, KY after a long illness. She was born on December 21, 1968 in Oak Park, IL to the late Bobby G. and Ruth Loy Moore.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, Ronald Lee Loy.
Mrs. Froedge was a member of Hadley’s Community Church and enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family and friends. With 34 years of dedicated service, Claudia was devoted to her work at Lindsey Wilson College, acting in the roles of Registrar and Assistant Registrar.

Funeral Service: Monday, June 2, 2025 at 1:00pmCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home in Columbia, KY with Bro. Elbert Hadley officiating
Burial: Loy Cemetery
Visitation: Sunday, June 1, 2025 from 4:00pm-8:00pmCT and Monday until time for the service
Pallbearers: Kasey Loy, Wesley Melson, Todd Smith, Chato Prado, Johnny Carter and Isaiah Carter
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Green River Animal Shelter or Hadley’s Community Church.
