Jeffrey Phillip “Jeff” Wilkerson, 68, of Columbia, KY passed away Monday, April 21, 2025 at T.J. Health Columbia with his family by his side. He was born on May 8, 1956, in Campbellsville, KY to the late Charles Willard Wilkerson and Iva Rose Gilpin Burton.
 

He was also preceded in death by his wife, Julia Ann Corbin Wilkerson and a nephew, Sean Wilkerson.

Mr. Wilkerson was a member of the Pellyton Church and was owner and operator of Jeff’s Tires for over 40 years. Jeff was known by many of his friends and family as “Buffy” for his wild hair, he was a great friend to many and will be dearly missed by the community.

2 children: Tressie Wilkerson Roy (Ricky) and Logan Wilkerson (BJ) both of Columbia, KY

5 grandchildren: Phillip Wilkerson, II, Brayden Burton, Caydee Burton, Kassidy Roy Huddleston (Levi), and Riley Roy

2 great-grandchildren: Ada Huddleston and Tate Riddick Wilkerson

4 siblings: Rena McCloud, Ken Wilkerson (Lynda), Terry Wilkerson (Janet), and Lyndon Wilkerson (Carol)

His stepfather: Leon Burton
