Tamara Lynn Budzisz, 56, of Columbia, KY passed away on Friday, March 14, 2025 at Taylor Regional Hospital. She was born November 6, 1968 in Louisville, KY to the late John and Mary Clemens Mueller.

Tamara was a restaurant manager at Fazoli’s.
