Johnny Dale Smith, 55, of Jamestown, KY passed away Thursday, November 28, 2024 at his residence. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on August 31, 1969, a son of the late JoAnn (Mills) Warriner and Evert Smith.

He was preceded in death by his mother, JoAnn Warriner, and two brothers: James and Russell Smith.

Visitation: After 12:00pmCT on Tuesday
Interment: Sunshine Cemetery
