Gary Lee “GJ” Jasper, 68, of Jamestown, KY passed away on Friday, August 16, 2024 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY. He was born on November 27, 1955 in Indianapolis, Indiana, a son of the late Ora and Norma Shepherd Jasper.
 

Gary was a former employee of B&H Auto Parts and later retired from the State Highway Department. He was a member of Creelsboro Christian Church. GJ loved being outdoors, riding his horses, and hosting gatherings at “the barn” near the river in Creelsboro.

In addition to his parents, Gary was preceded in death by his brother, Roger Jasper. 
 

Funeral Service: Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at 4:00 P.M. at Bernard Funeral Home with Bro. Johnny Dunbar and Bro. Larry Johnson officiating

Burial: Bethlehem Cemetery

Visitation: After 12:00 P.M. on Wednesday at the funeral home
