Freda Bernice Goodin, 88, of Columbia, KY passed away Friday, July 26, 2024 in Columbia, KY. She was born in Adair County on August 14, 1935 to the late Ulysses S. and Mary C. Bryant Grant.
Mrs. Goodin was a member of the Little Cake Christian Church. She enjoyed traveling the world supporting her husband’s military career and spending time with her family and friends.

Her husband of 69 years: Edwin A. Goodin of Columbia, KY
3 children: Cathy Henry (Mike Newfield), Ronald A. Goodin (Beverly) and Vickie Hadley (Andy)
9 grandchildren & 13 great-grandchildren
Special friend: Steven L. Henry
4 sisters: Rebecca Melton, Judy Watson, Betty Smith, and Sandra Smith
1 brother: Richard Grant
Several nieces & nephews
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by five siblings: Carlie, Sidney, Herschel, Danny, and Travis Grant
The family chose cremation.
