Terry Lynn Smith, 58, of Columbia, KY died Thursday, June 27, 2024 at The Medical Center at Bowling Green. He was born August 21, 1965 in Cumberland County, KY, a son of the late Rilda Wooldridge Smith.

In addition to his mother, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Roger Smith.
