Michael Anthony Smith, 64, of Columbia, KY died June 21, 2024 at Campbellsville Nursing and Rehab. He was born June 5, 1960 to the late James Henry Smith and the late Jo Hattie Motley Smith. 

He attended Indianapolis Public Schools and had worked at Sexton & Cox Detail & Wash. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five aunts: Ruth Motley, Nancy Motley, Wanda Motley, Gladys Triplett and Norma Ramsey and three uncles: L.B. Smith, William Fred Johnson and Thomas Motley

3 brothers: David Motley (Shelby) of Indianapolis, William J. Smith of Indiana and James Duncan of Columbia

4 sisters: Joyce Hooten, Lena Rea Smith, Helen R. Pittman and Patricia L. Smith all of Indiana

3 uncles: Ben Smith of Columbia, Robert N. Motley and Mark Motley both of Indiana

4 aunts: Delores Motley, Linda Motley, Christine Motley and Donetta Duncan all of Indiana

Burial: Forest Lawn Cemetery
