Polly Jacob, 75, of Jamestown, KY passed away Friday, May 17, 2024 at the St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, KY. She was born in Russell Springs, KY on July 2, 1948, a daughter of the late Sabrie Hopper.
Polly was a homemaker.

1 son: Shannon McGowan (Susie) of Dunnville, KY
1 grandson: Coty McGowan (Laura)
1 great-grandson: Hunter McGowan
Niece: Beth Stephens
In addition to her mother, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Sonny Jacob; a son, Shane McGowan; and a sister, Patsy Stephens.
