Randy B. Short, 66, of Jamestown, KY passed away Monday, February 19, 2024 at Russell County Hospital. He was born in Prosperity, W VA on April 30, 1957, a son of the late Ruby (Shumate) and Carl Short.
He was the retired owner and operator of the skating rink in the Key Village Shopping Center in Russell Springs, KY.

3 daughters: Susan Short and Holly Short of Jamestown, KY, and Kellie (Michael) Justice of Eli, KY
1 brother: Bill (Dreama) Short of Cool Ridge, West Virginia
Niece: Taylor Short
Nephew: Sean Short
(His first grandchild is on the way)
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by an infant son, Carl Vincent Short.
