Charles (Chuck) W. Sullivan, 73, of Columbia, KY passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at TJ Health Columbia. He was born in Jamestown, KY on February 24, 1950, a son of the late Emma (York) and Johnny Sullivan.
Chuck was a retired electrical maintenance worker.

2 sisters: Ruth Sullivan of Jamestown, KY and Brenda (Graydon) Marlin of Worth, IL
4 brothers: Hubert Sullivan, Wally (Dorothy) Sullivan, and Marvin Sullivan all of Jamestown, KY; Terry Sullivan of Columbia, KY
5 grandchildren, 2 step-granddaughters, & 7 great-grandchildren

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a baby sister, Joyce E. Sullivan and a brother, Russell Sullivan.

Burial: Haven Hill Cemetery
