Karrie Ann Scruggs, the infant daughter of Rafe Scruggs and Caleigh Kerns, passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2024 after a premature birth.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, David Scruggs and a great grandmother, Carrie Kerns.
