Doyle Roy, 89, of the Royville Community of Russell County, KY died Saturday, January 6, 2024 at Hospice of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green, KY. He was born on March 21, 1935, a son of the late John Wolford and Mahala Elizabeth McGahan Roy.
Mr. Roy was a member of Royville Friendship Church and a Veteran of the United States Army.

Besides his parents, Doyle was preceded in death by his siblings: Mabel Chumbley, Hazel Johnson, Kenneth Roy, Glenn Roy, Faye Wilson, John Roy, Jr., Dean Roy, Blanche Flanagan and Geneva Roy.
Funeral Service: Saturday, January 13, 2024 at 1:00pmCT at Wilson Funeral Home in Russell Springs, KY with Bro. Carter Stewart officiating
Interment: New Pleasant Point Cemetery in Ingle, KY
Visitation: After 11:00amCT on Saturday at Wilson Funeral Home
Military Honors will be provided by the Russell County Honor Guard.
