Joann K. Turner, 78, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Monday, December 25, 2023 at her residence. She was born July 5th, 1945 in Russell Springs, a daughter of the late Carrie Kell and Henry Kell.
Joann was a former employee of Osh Kosh and of the Baptist faith.

5 sisters: Brenda Schell of Louisville, KY, Norma Foley, Henrietta Palumbo, and Deloris Miller of Russell Springs, KY and Sherry Lee of Flowery Branch, GA
A host of grandchildren & great-grandchildren
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Carolyn Wesley.
