Leffie Russell, 65, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Friday, October 27, 2023 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital, Somerset, KY. She was born in Jamestown, KY on March 31, 1958, a daughter of the late Roxie (Burchett) and Clarence Russell.
She was a homemaker.

2 brothers: Lester Russell and Danny Russell, both of Jamestown, KY
9 grandchildren: Adrian, Jesus, McKale, Nicholas, Zander, Serenity, Yasmine, Adan, & Addilyn

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two sisters: Bonnie York and Juanita Bell, and two brothers: Freddy and Ernest Russell.
