Billy Joe Kemp, 74, of Jamestown, KY, passed away at 9:45 P, Thursday, August 31st, at his residence. He was born in Columbia, KY on April 23, 1949, a son of the late Ernistine (Janes) and Claudy Kemp.
Billy served in the U.S. Army as a SP4 in the Vietnam War.

1 sister: Patsy Kemp of Columbia, KY
2 brothers: Darrell Kemp and Don Kemp of Columbia, KY
11 grandchildren
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a daughter, Misty Kemp; a son, John Paul Kemp; and a sister, Fay Burton.

Visitation: Sunday, September 3, 2023 from 5:00pm-8:00pmCT at the funeral home
Burial: Jamestown Cemetery
