Rebecca Medaris, 54, of Jamestown, KY passed from this life on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 with her family at her side. Rebecca, known as “Becky”, was born October 2, 1968 in Jeffersonville, IN, a daughter of Wayne Allen and Rosan Schemensky Medaris.
She worked for the Department of Juvenile Justice as a Youth Worker for many years and was a member of The Church at the Springs.

2 sisters: Kim Medaris and Tammy Medaris
6 grandchildren: Kobi Ramsey, Gabe Garrison, Alicia Garrison, Serenity Garrison, Emery Garrison, and Maddox Garrison
1 niece: Caitlin Medaris
1 aunt: Sherita Medaris

Becky was preceded in death by her father, Wayne Medaris; her grandson, Malachi Scott Jennings; her uncle, Dean Medaris; her Grandma & Grandpa Schemensky; her Papa & Grandma Medaris; her great-grandma, Rebecca Myrtle Medaris; and her cousin, Adam Medari
