William E. “Tiny” Cowan, 76, of Columbia, KY died Saturday, August 5, 2023 at 11:46 P.M. at Hospice House in Bowling Green. He was born May 7, 1947 in Adair County to the late Dennis and Ida Irvin Cowan.

Tiny attended Columbia Church of God and retired from the City of Columbia Street Department after more than 30 years.

Visitation: After 4:00 P.M. Tuesday
