Mark Foley, 57, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Friday, July 14, 2023 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY. He was born December 12, 1965 in Baumholder, Germany, the son of the late Robert B. Foley Jr. & Helen Foley.
Mark was a supervisor at Stephens Pipe and Steel.
