Karen Raye Sullivan Mullins, 60, of Eubank, KY passed away Sunday, May 21, 2023 at her home. She was born in Columbia, KY on September 17, 1962, a daughter of Mary Bernard and the late Phillip Sullivan.
Karen was a homemaker.
In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by two sisters: Marion Francis Fortenberry and Linda Sue Stargle.
