Frank Rigney, Jr., 90, of Louisville, KY passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at the Masonic Home in Shelbyville, KY.  

A native of Adair County, Mr. Rigney was a retired welder with the old Jeffboat in Jeffersonville, IN.  

SURVIVORS:

3 sons: Rick Rigney (Debbie), Kevin Rigney (Nicole), and Jeffery Rigney (Penny)

1 daughter: Rebecca Irvin (Michael)

1 sister: Betty Akin

14 grandchildren

Funeral Service: Monday April 24, 2023, at 11:00amCT at Stotts-Phelps & McQueary Funeral Home in Columbia, KY

Burial: Haven Hill Cemetery

Visitation: After 10:00amCT Monday at the funeral home
