Valerie J. Baker, 39, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Sunday, April 16, 2023 surrounded by her family at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY. She was born in Indianapolis, IN on October 17, 1983, a daughter of Julie (George) and David A. Baker of Russell Springs.
Valerie worked as a 911 Dispatcher at Russell County Dispatch and attended Russell Springs Christian Church. She loved many different animals and doing things with her daughter.
