Barbara Jane Perry, 67, of Columbia, KY died Saturday, February 11 2023 at 1:57 P.M. at Russell County Hospital in Russell Springs, KY. She was born September 2, 1955 in Carlisle, KY to the late Noah and Wilma McClure Middleton. 

Barbara was a Quality Control Inspector for several different industries.

Her husband: Mickey O. Perry of Columbia

3 sons: John Oliva of Louisville, Daniel Oliva of Chicago, Illinois and Chris Oliva of Indianapolis, Indiana

1 daughter: Michelle Oliva of Portland, Oregon

1 sister: Carolyn Coffey of Russell Springs

4 grandchildren: John, Dahlia, Lito and Leo Oliva

Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends

The family has chosen Cremation and no services are planned.
