Mary Ann Bailey, 69, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Monday, February 6, 2023 at her home. She was born in Jamestown, KY on September 28, 1953, a daughter of the late Mallie (Guffey) and Luke Kerns.
Mary Ann was a retired Police Dispatcher.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers: J.D. Kerns, Edmon Kerns, and Walter Kerns and a sister, Shirley Kerns.

3 brothers: Lindsey Kerns (Shirley) and David Kerns (Carol) of Jamestown, KY; Kenneth Kerns (Vicki) of Peru, IN
The family chose care and cremation.
