Judy Garland Blackwell Lewis, 72, of Bardstown, KY passed away Sunday, January 22, 2023 at her residence. She was born February 24, 1950 in Columbia, KY. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, James "Butch" William Lewis Jr.; parents, Robert and Ruth Blackwell; brother, Bob Blackwell Jr.; and sister, Ruth Ann Blackwell.
