Ann Slayton Goff, 90, of Louisville, KY went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at Baptist Health Louisville.
Ann was a former employee of Georgetown Manor Nursing Home for many years and a minister’s wife.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. James “Jim” W. Goff; her parents, Elie and Myrtle Gore Slayton; and by 13 brothers & sisters.

1 daughter: Cindy (Milford) Blaydes of Louisville
1 son: Rick (Jo) Goff of Prospect
3 grandchildren: Kristie (Derrick) Payne, Scott Goff and Michael Blaydes
3 great-grandchildren: Bailey, Brooke and Brevin Payne
