Shirley Ann Hoover, 69, of Columbia, KY passed away Sunday, November 27, 2022 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. She was born on August 22, 1953 in Taylor County, KY to the late Roy and Evelyn Burris Squires.

Shirley attended Faith Temple Gospel Church and Living Word Faith Center and was a Certified Nurse Assistant for 29-years. She enjoyed flower gardening, shopping, and spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.

2 children: Rita Jones (Nick) and Scott Hoover (Jill) both of Columbia, KY

2 granddaughters: Katie and Hannah Jones

1 brother: Earl Squires of Campbellsville, KY

Special companion: Her dog "Max"
