Theresa Wallen, 64, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Sunday, November 20, 2022 at the Russell County Hospital. She was born on November 4, 1958 in Cincinnati, Ohio, a daughter of the late Doyle Raymond Stephens and Mary Florence Godby Stephens.
Theresa was a long time restaurant employee at Arby's of Russell Springs and a homemaker.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Jeffery Stephens.

11 grandchildren: Mackenzie, Camden, Christian, Alexia, Emma, Cali, Gareth, Mannan Jr., Jocelyne, Gabriel and Eylise
