Rachel Grant, 94, of Columbia, KY died Saturday, September 10, 2022 at 4:00 A.M. at her home. She was a daughter of the late Lucian and Dorthy Burris Moss.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded by her husband, Lawrence “Dick” Grant; one son, David Lane Grant; and 2 grandchildren: Stewart Randal Grant, Jr. and Chris Grant.

Rachel was a member of Pickett’s Chapel Church, a farmer and homemaker.

1 son: Stewart Randal Grant of Columbia

5 grandchildren: Nathaniel Grant, Bonnie Grant, Eric Grant, Amy Whitaker, & Ashley Grant

9 great-grandchildren & 3 great-great grandchildren

Graveside Service: Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. at the Columbia Cemetery (the section by the Adair Judicial Center) with Minister Michael Tanksley officiating.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home.

Grissom-Martin Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
