Lucia "Lucy" Tullia Riggins, 75, of Liberty, KY passed away Saturday, September 3, 2022 at Baptist Health. She was born November 26, 1946 in Castellano, Italy, the daughter of the late David Manica and Gluseppina Manica.
Lucy was a born-again believer in the Lord Jesus Christ and attended the Cooks Chapel United Methodist Church. She enjoyed traveling and devoted her time to her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Lucy loved animals and spending time outdoors tending to her flower garden.
She was married for 51 years to her husband Paul Riggins, who preceded her in death.

2 daughters: Katherine Cole (Wayne) and Angela Riggins, both of Liberty, KY
1 son: David Riggins (Lori) of Campbellsville, KY
2 brothers: Johnny Manica of Italy and G.T. Manica of New Hampshire
4 sisters: Carol Manica of Italy, Virginia Rose of Florida, Carman McCloud and Pierina Bolton both of Massachusetts
8 grandchildren: Miranda, Michaela, Hailey Cole, Joe, Justin Edwards, Jessica Edwards (Steven Hulton), Abby and D.J. Riggins
4 great-grandchildren: Mason Mia Edwards, Lively and Everlee Hulton
