Lowell T. Miller, 81, of Jamestown, passed away Friday, August 19th, at Russell County Hospital. He was born in Jamestown, KY on November 16, 1940, a son of the late Pearlie (Burton) and Howard Miller.

Lowell was a retired city worker and farmer.
