Arlin J. Scott, 83, of Campbellsville, KY died Thursday, August 11, 2022 at Campbellsville Nursing and Rehab in Campbellsville, KY. He was born in Milltown, KY on January 16, 1939 to the late Frank and Annie Poff Scott.

Mr. Scott was of the Christian faith and an Honorary Kentucky Colonel.  He enjoyed golf, hunting, riding horses and watching all sports.

4 children: Ricky Scott (Cozetta Thompson) of Campbellsville, KY, Troy Scott of Campbellsville, KY, Tammy Scott Harris (Jeff) of Arley, AL and Donna Kaye Scott Haswell (Steve) of Alvaton, KY

5 grandchildren: Jeffrey Scott, Eric Scott, Blake Haswell (Lanci), Tyler Harris and Sierra Scott

2 great-grandchildren: Nash and Sloan Haswell

1 brother: Larry Scott

Several nieces, nephews and cousins including a special cousin, Bobby Scott

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Blythe and her husband, Bill; a brother, David Scott; a daughter-in-law, Carol Scott; and a sister-in-law, Cindy Scott.

Burial: Milltown Cemetery

Visitation: Monday after 10:00am at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home
