Rachel Denise West, 54, of Columbia, KY passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at T.J. Sampson Hospital in Glasgow, KY. She was born on September 18, 1967 in Tacoma, Washington, the daughter of the late Ruth Caporale Judkins and James Basey of Indianapolis, Indiana who survives.
Rachel was a member of 3Trees church and a dog groomer.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Witt, the love of her life.
