Nancy Fudge Lacy, 85, of Louisville, KY died Friday, May 13, 2022 at U of L Mary and Elizabeth Hospital in Louisville, KY.  She was born in Breeding, KY on November 30, 1936 to the late Mont and Nona Coomer Sparks.  

She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Mainord Fudge; 2 siblings: Ernest Sparks and Catherine England; and a nephew Glyn England.

She was a member of Hadley’s Community Church and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

3 nieces & 1 nephew: Kenneth England, Kathy Pelston, Charlotte England & Michelle Vanarsdale, all of Columbia, KY
