Dwight (Smiley) Richards, 79, of Jamestown, KY, passed away Saturday, April 30th, at Russell County Hospital, Russell Springs. He was born in Jamestown, KY on January 29, 1943, a son of the late Bessie (Hoskins) and Orvis Richards.
He was a retired maintenance worker at Lake Cumberland State Dock.
He was the widower of Carol (Hudson) Richards.
